We are pleased to offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase we will make it right. A replacement item or a full refund... the choice is yours.
Please note, any "Free Plus Shipping" items on our website do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is not defective, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
You are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support. After 24 hours there is no way to cancel an order, however, you can return the item for a full refund (return shipping costs are non-refundable).
